Aidi Ademola Kazeem

Managing Director/CEO

Aidi serves as the Managing Director of Transkredit Finance Company, a subsidiary of the Norrenberger Financial Group. In this role, he provides strategic oversight, ensures sound operational governance, and leads the execution of the company’s mandate to deliver compliant, innovative, and sustainable financial solutions in line with regulatory expectations. He brings to the role over 15 years of proven experience in banking, credit administration, project financing, agricultural finance, and corporate business development. His career reflects a strong commitment to risk management, ethical leadership, operational discipline, and value creation.
Before joining Transkredit, Aidi held several senior leadership roles in reputable financial institutions, including NIRSAL Microfinance Bank and Unity Bank Plc. At NIRSAL MFB, he played a pioneering role in establishing the South West Regional Office and participated in key national strategic initiatives such as the development of the Bank’s Non Interest Banking Unit and the automation of the AGSMEIS loan process, which facilitated disbursements exceeding ₦118 billion. He also supervised the implementation of the COVID 19 Targeted Credit Facility across the South West region and provided leadership for wide scale credit administration, loan recovery, and product development initiatives covering over 100 branches. His experience demonstrates strong competence in regulatory compliance, credit governance, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
Aidi holds an M.Tech. in Petroleum & Sedimentary Geology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Ilorin. He has also completed multiple professional certifications, including those from the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MCP), Chartered Institute of Finance and Control of Nigeria (CIFCN), and the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA).His continuous investment in professional development reinforces his suitability for leadership roles within regulated financial institutions and underscores his commitment to upholding high standards of integrity, compliance, and institutional performance.

Abidemi Amadi

Chief Financial Officer

Abidemi currently serves as the Acting Chief Financial Officer at Transkredit Finance Company Ltd bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years in financial leadership.

Abidemi started her career as an Internal Audit intern in Pall Europe after which she joined ASO Savings and Loans as a Budget and MIS Analyst. Subsequently, she worked at Trustfund Pensions Ltd. as a Benefits/Risk analyst where she worked with her team to prudently manage risks in accordance with the fund's risk appetite.

She worked in Norrenberger Asset Management Limited (NAML) as the Finance and performance officer in the finance department of Norrenberger and pioneered the deployment of the Management Information System used in monitoring the financial performance of staff. She is a resourceful, adaptable, and diligent finance professional.

Over the years, she has gained extensive finance knowledge including performance management, financial reporting, strategy, budgeting, financial modelling, and so on.

She holds a BSC in Biochemistry, MSc in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Chidima Okeke

Head, Corporate Services

Mrs. Chidinma is a Human Resource Management Professional, spanning operational, tactical, and strategic human resource management responsibilities. She is currently the Head of People and Culture at Transkredit Finance Company.

Her experience covers Business Process Improvement, Job Evaluation, Performance, Management Systems, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Restructuring, Training Needs Analysis, Policies and Procedures Development, Staff Audit, Recruitment, Business Development, etc.

Her achievements include but are not limited to a transformation project of Transkredit Finance Company, Clearpay Micro Finance Bank, and Abuja Leasing Company Internal Systems that entails the restructuring of the organization’s HRM framework, systems, and processes and setting-up the HRM framework from scratch.

Prior to joining Clearpay, she worked as Human Resource/ Admin Manager at Abuja Leasing Company, Learning and Development Officer at NDACKSON and joined ASO Saving and Loans Plc as an Employee welfare Officer and Record Officer.

Chidinma has B.Sc. in Economics from Caritas University, Enugu State, and a diploma course in Scientific Stress Management. She is an Associate Member of CIPM Human Resources Professional Licensed. She has attended so many training courses from different recognized institutions over the years.

Rear Admiral Apochi Ogabu Suleiman (Rtd)

Chairman, Board of Directors

Rear Admiral Apochi Ogabu Suleiman (Rtd) joined the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) on 5th July 1982 as a member and passed out as a naval cadet in July 1984. He was commissioned into the Nigerian Navy as a Sub Lieutenant in 1985.
He holds a Diploma in Law from Lagos State University (LASU), a B.A in History and International studies from LASU, a Master of Security studies (MoSS), Bangladesh University of professionals, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D. Security and Strategic Studies) from the Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
He served as the Commander of operation Delta safe, a joint task force in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria, as the Director Development at the Defence Headquarters and as the Flag Officer Commanding, Central Naval Command.

Tony Edeh

Board Member

Tony Edeh is a seasoned executive and visionary venture capitalist, with a proven track record of driving innovation and transformation in the financial services industry, identifying emerging global trends, and developing groundbreaking investment strategies for the local financial market.

Tony has exceptional leadership skills and capabilities in creating paths for future-proofing businesses. He has a deep understanding of technology and its potential to disrupt traditional financial models in a digital age.

As an entrepreneur with extensive experience in birthing high-performing executive teams and the next generation of leaders, Tony has built customer-centric organisations to drive profitable growth, optimise financial performance, and lead in their respective sectors in the Nigerian market.

Tony has a laser focus and understanding of business diversification, international finance, global economic trends, corporate governance, and cross-border market opportunities in other geographies.

Tony’s journey into the world of financial democratization and wealth creation began with a robust foundation in audit and risk management. His nearly 10 years of stay at KPMG Professional Services saw him leading teams to deliver projects on Basel II Compliance, Stress Testing, Asset and Liability Management, and Credit and Market Risk Management.

His project execution and management expertise earned him recognition across the firm and KPMG International, gaining accreditation to deliver advisory services in Credit Risk and Economic Capital Modelling. His financial acumen is vast, covering investment and portfolio management, strategic planning, financial risk management, modeling, financial reporting, and operations management.

Before taking the helm at Norrenberger, Tony served as the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of New Frontiers Developments, a premier venture capital firm dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises. As CIO, Tony was the architect behind numerous groundbreaking investments and private equity deals that earned international recognition. His diverse portfolio spans critical sectors, including Oil and Gas, Power, Agriculture, Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, and Impact Investing. He has established himself as a key player in both greenfield and brownfield transactions.

One of Tony’s standout achievements was his pivotal role in revitalizing a struggling mortgage bank. Under his strategic leadership, the institution underwent a remarkable transformation, emerging as a powerhouse in Nigeria’s financial services sector.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Tony is deeply committed to philanthropy. He leads several impactful Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (CR&S) initiatives across Nigeria's key geopolitical zones, driven by his personal mission to unlock opportunities for individuals across all social classes and age groups.

Tony's professional accomplishments extend beyond his executive roles. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and has undertaken several professional training courses worldwide. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was nominated for the prestigious Desmond Tutu Fellowship program in 2014.

Tony's academic credentials are equally impressive. He graduated with honours in Computer Science from the University of Ilorin and subsequently pursued an MBA at the renowned INSEAD Business School in France and Singapore. During his time at INSEAD, he was a distinguished INSEAD-Goldman Sachs Scholar and actively led the Emergent Young African Entrepreneurs initiative. He has also enhanced his expertise through the Wharton Program on International Housing Finance.

Today, Tony holds board positions in several leading companies within the financial services sector and other emerging industries, solidifying his status as a transformative leader in the economic landscape and a changing world.

Queen Ehi-Uujamhan

Board Member

Queen Ehi-Uujamhan oversees the finance and operations functions in Norrenberger. She is a qualified ACCA (Fellow) accountant and a proactive customer-centric finance professional with over 15 years of experience in accounting, project finance, fiscal management, financial reporting, budgeting, and project management. She has worked with many private and public sector clients across several industries.

Prior to joining Norrenberger she worked with the Debt Management Office (DMO) as a Special Adviser. Queen spent three years at HSBC Bank in the United Kingdom (UK) in various capacities, including as Project Co-Ordinator for the ring-fenced bank project and as Business Analyst on multibillion-pound projects. She previously worked at Ernst & Young (UK) for three years as a Financial Management Associate, where she qualified as a chartered accountant. She also led the project finance delivery for Oska Jo & Partners Ltd, overseeing and monitoring over 7 active power projects valued at over 2.5 billion Naira.

Queen holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of Benin and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Warwick. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Information Technology (British Computer Society) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Abdulmalik Mahdi

Board Member

Abdulmalik is the founder and CEO of Modern Shelter Systems & Services Limited, a leading real estate development company based in Abuja, Nigeria. The company was established in 2015 to bridge the gap between developers, financiers and off-takers in the real estate space.
Over the last 18 years, Abdulmalik has garnered experience in Banking, Marketing, Financial Modeling, and Customer Management experience. Abdulmalik has several Leadership and Management Certifications, an MBA from IESE Business School Barcelona, Master's in Islamic Finance from the Islamic Finance University of Malaysia - INCEIF, and B.Sc in Political Science from Bayero University Kano (BUK), Kano State. He is also a Director at Transkredit Finance Limited; a Board of Trustees Member of WRAPA (Women’s Rights Advancement and Protection Alternative) and a proud old boy of Kings College, Lagos.
Abdulmalik is married and blessed with children.

Olasupo Sogelola

Board Member

Olasupo Sogelola is an accomplished executive who has over the years proven himself as a visionary leader and a business strategist.
He graduated with a B.Sc degree in Zoology from the University of Ibadan in 1988 and an MBA Marketing) degree from the University of Lagos in 2005.
His experience in the insurance industry has spanned for over two decades. Olasupo began his career in insurance in 1992 as a Reinsurance Underwriter with Guinea Insurance Plc., Lagos. In 2010, he joined FBN Insurance Limited (Subsidiary of First Bank & Sanlam of South Africa) as the Head, Corporate Division where he rose to the position of Head, Brokers & Public Sector.
As a result of his extraordinary leadership skills, Olasupo acted as the Managing Director of FBN General Insurance Limited from December 2015 – April 2016. He later served as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of International Energy Insurance Plc. He is currently engaged in private business
He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He has attended many high profile conferences and trainings both locally and internationally. Olasupo is married with children.

Nkiru Chime

Board Member

Nkiru Chime is a transformational finance and investment leader with over 20 years of
experience spanning banking, asset management, investment banking, and development
finance. Her career reflects a progression from strategic expertise in financial management
and risk oversight to executive leadership, advisory, and institutional transformation.
She began her career at KPMG, where she developed a rigorous grounding in finance,
audit, risk management, and transaction advisory, cultivating an approach anchored in
governance, due diligence, and institutional strengthening. She has since held senior roles
across finance, investment banking, and corporate management, driving growth,
enhancing governance, and positioning institutions for long-term sustainability.
Nkiru is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA) and an Honorary Senior
Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB). She holds a BSc in
Microbiology from the University of Benin, an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business
School, and has completed executive education at Wharton.

Nasiru Isyaku

Board Member

Nasiru Isyaku is the Executive Director, Operations at The Infrastructure Bank PLC (TIB). He provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology Departments (IT). As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and other financial services, Nasiru is committed to steering his departments towards achieving TIB’s goal of becoming Nigeria’s leading development finance institution.

Nasiru has held several leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of Finance and Banking Operations at 9 Payment Service Bank (9PSB). At 9PSB, Nasiru established a platform aimed at facilitating financial inclusion for Nigeria’s underbanked communities. He was primarily responsible for developing the bank’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting, as well as managing investments to achieve optimal returns while effectively managing inherent risks.

Before assuming the position of 9PSB, Nasiru served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Premium Pension Limited, the Head of Finance/Treasurer at the Nigeria Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Authority, and the Financial Controller at Backbone Connectivity Network (Nig) LTD. From 2013 to 2018, he was the Managing Director and CEO of Business Process Solutions Consult. In this role, Nasiru played a key part in the development of an 80 Mega Watt Solar Plant project in Jigawa State, which is a groundbreaking green initiative currently progressing towards completion and aimed at enhancing energy access for the region. Additionally, Nasiru has gained valuable experience at well-known financial institutions, including Guarantee Trust Bank PLC, FSB International Bank PLC, and Intercity Bank PLC.

Nasiru is a member of several professional organizations, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Nasiru holds a second-Class upper undergraduate degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria. He has undertaken several executive management courses, including the Wharton School’s “FinTech Revolution: Transformative Financial Services & Strategies,” the Senior Management Program at Lagos Business School (LBS), and the International Petroleum Management Certificate Program through the International Human Resources Development Corporation in Boston, USA, among others.

Olubisi Makoju

Board Member

Olubisi Makoju is a seasoned Board-level Executive and Finance Leader with over 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, operational transformation, and financial excellence across the public and private sectors. She brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, financial management, enterprise risk, and large-scale project execution, with a strong track record of advising Boards and C-Suite leaders on high-impact decisions that shape organizational performance and long-term sustainability.
Olubisi currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Presidential Metering Initiative (PMI), Smart Grid Development Limited, where she leads enterprise-wide financial strategy, treasury, regulatory compliance, risk management, and procurement-related financial oversight. As a key member of the executive leadership team, she provides strategic counsel to the CEO and Board, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting the nationwide delivery of reliable electricity metering infrastructure. She has implemented robust financial systems, strengthened governance frameworks, and led high-level negotiations with OEM partners to align financial, operational, and risk objectives.
She is also the Founder and Director of Earthwise Capital Limited, where she provides board advisory and CFO services to financial institutions and corporates. Her advisory work spans corporate strategy, portfolio performance, compliance, risk assessment, and sustainable value creation. She serves as a Non-Executive Director, contributing strategic oversight and governance expertise to support investment and growth decisions.
Previously, Olubisi served as Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer at the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), where she was a member of the Board and oversaw corporate strategy execution, finance, procurement, risk, and IT functions. During her tenure, she led enterprise risk management, digital transformation initiatives, and financial performance optimization. She also contributed to major national initiatives including climate-aligned investments, renewable energy projects, healthcare expansion, and agricultural sustainability programs. Earlier, as Financial Controller at NSIA, she led financial reporting, treasury management, IFRS compliance, and Board-level performance reporting.
Her earlier career includes senior finance leadership roles at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company, YF Petroleum (a Chevron JV), Hewlett Packard (HP), Arthur Andersen, and Zenith Bank, where she developed strong expertise in joint venture accounting, project finance, tax advisory, financial controls, ERP implementation, and regulatory compliance.
Olubisi holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, UK, and a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA CGMA). She has completed executive programs in Strategic Risk Management, Sustainable Investing (Harvard Business School Online), and International Project Finance.
